Established in 2020, the New York Association of Flower Cake Designers (NYAFCD) was created to share the artistry of piping flower cakes, Nerikiri art, icing cookies, and meringue cookies with baking enthusiasts worldwide.

Our mission is to promote the beauty and craftsmanship of piping while fostering a creative and supportive community. We are dedicated to helping baking artists and artisans refine their skills and elevate their artistry.

NYAFCD Course Offerings:

✔ Beginner Piping – Learn fundamental piping techniques, including basic flowers and piping tip skills.
✔ Cake Creator – Master cake assembly, filling, icing, and complex floral designs.
✔ Master Instructor Level – Advance your piping skills with expert techniques, cake and cream recipes, design principles, and color theory.

Upon completing a course, you’ll receive an official NYAFCD Certification, recognizing your achievement in floral cake artistry.

Our studio is located in Little Neck, Queens, New York, where we welcome students eager to explore the world of decorative piping.
