About Me


Hi, I'm Hannah — originally from Taiwan and now based in New York.
My baking journey began in 2017, and in 2018, I completed the Pastry & Baking Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York. Since then, I’ve earned various cake decorating and instructor certifications from Taiwan, Korea, and other regions.
Through years of practice, I developed my own signature flower piping style and founded the New York Association of Flower Cake Designers (NYAFCD), with the mission to promote the art of floral cakes.
I specialize in floral cake piping, Japanese wagashi, royal icing cookies, meringue cookies, and traditional Taiwanese desserts. In addition to creating custom cakes and confections, I also teach a variety of baking and decorating classes.
What makes my desserts special? My recipes are inspired by Taiwanese and Japanese traditions, offering a lighter sweetness and refined flavors that set them apart from typical American-style desserts.

我是 Hannah,來自台灣,現居紐約。
2017 年開始踏入烘焙的世界,隔年於紐約烹飪教育學院(Institute of Culinary Education, ICE)完成甜點與烘焙藝術課程。之後,我陸續在台灣、韓國及其他地區取得多項蛋糕裝飾與講師認證。
